How do I get my food  Take your voucher along to the foodbank for which it was issued and they will be pleased to help you.What other support does the foodbank provide? If the agency who gave you the voucher is not the best one for helping with your situation, then our foodbank volunteers will do their best to signpost you to an agency better equipped to meet your needs.I’m too embarrassed to ask for help? Don’t be. All different types of people use the food bank. A team of friendly people are on hand at the food bank. No questions will be asked of you.Can I just turn up at the Food Bank and receive food? No. You will need to produce a voucher.Can anyone have a voucher? No. You will need to prove your crisis circumstances to your agency who will then assess your need.I have received three parcels but I am still in crisis, what happens then? Unfortunately the Foodbank cannot help on a long-term basis. We do not have enough food. It is a matter for your referral agency to make long-term provisions for you.How can I help as a volunteer?
