Bourne foodbank is a cross denominational partnership of churches in Bourne and the surrounding villages. Bourne foodbank is part of The Trussell Trust, a Christian charity committed to community action against poverty and marginalisation in the UK.


Bourne Foodbank is run by Churches Together in Bourne, as a service to Bourne and the surrounding villages, the trustees and volunteers come from many different churches and give of their time freely to ensure that the foodbank can assist as many people in crisis as is required.

The foodbank opened on July 19th 2013, and is in the process of becoming a registered charity. We have 49 volunteers and trustees, and are always looking for more, if you think that might be you, please see the ‘volunteers’ page of the website to find out how to become a volunteer.

Bourne Foodbank operates as a member of the Trussell Trust, a Christian organisation working to relieve crisis and suffering in the UK and elsewhere
